UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE TAX AND WAGE REPORT
If you have employees, you must submit a quarterly wage report (Form ES-903A) listing wages paid to all workers and pay a tax at the rate applicable to your account.
The wage report and payment are due on or before the end of the month following the close of each calendar quarter. For more information on your reporting and payment obligations, select the UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE TAX link.
As a business owner, you are able to file your quarterly wage report and pay taxes online. First, you must activate your account, select the EMPLOYERS ACCOUNT ACTIVATION link. Once you have an active account, select the UI SYSTEM LOGIN link to access the Unemployment Insurance system and complete your quarterly report and submit payment.
