FULFILL WORKPLACE HIRING REQUIREMENTS

THIRD: Employers must display mandatory posters provided by the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions and Workers' Compensation Administration. Select the REQUIRED POSTERS link to attain posters online.
FOURTH: Employers may be required to obtain workers’ compensation. Select the WORKERS’ COMPENSATION link.
